EVE is the DEC/Compaq?/HP Standard text editor flavor for TPU on OpenVMS. It is written in the TPU MacroLanguage.
As such, it has excellent keyboard mappings -- that is, if you have a Dec video terminal such as a VT100 (or even better a VT220/VT320)
